It would be pulley"s" with an "S" my single engine friend.
And it runs rich enough to run at 7-7.5lbs I am told by my trusty wrench. I also know it runs rich enough cause I clean the transom everytime we pull it out of the water!!!

Not sure what happend, boat is brand new.

Power is 496 HO.

Baja marine claims its either the hook or a torque issue that will be fixed by changing from a right hand rotation to left.

Any thoughts?

Are they buying you the prop? The Bravo is easy enough too switch around!!!
What pitch are you turning?
Let's hook up Neil I'll go for a ride and can tell you what I think. If your turning close to 30" I can lend you my left prop for a trial. I don't think it's the problem but what do I know. What side is it listing on? Driver low?

It runs rich for safety my Blower VIRGIN friend. At 7-7.5 psi you would still need to go up in jet size to be on the Safe side. Especially in the cooler climates we are use to running in. In reality even that wouldn't be safe with 93 octane at your comp ratio. Stay the way you are, It only needs the recommended rebuilt at 300 hr intervals the stock way. That's why this time around (270hrs) I opted to lower comp ratio to under 8.4:1 to lengthen my rebuild intervals to 400 hrs. Ahhh the joys of blower power. But well worth it I say!!!

Hook is easy to check with a straight edge., (long level)But that usually doesn't affect list.

Swapping rotation won't help, if anything, it will make it worse. right now with a RH prop it's counter acting against the engine torque. If you go with a LH prop, you will list even more. Unless they already have you with the wrong LH rotation prop?????? I've seen it happen before where they were shipped from the dealer with the wrong rotation on a single engine boat. Look to be sure. Wouldn't that be an easy fix huh???

Running a 23 pitch mirage plus, right hand rotation. The prop has been labbed. Thought maybe that could be the problem so I borrowed a stock 23 pitch from my buddy's 25 outlaw and it did the same thing.

The list is to port side. I go about 270 #s and when driving alone it feels like the boat is going to roll right over, and gets worse as I accelerate? You would think my weight would counteract?

The information did not come from me Claude it came from a very respected Wrench in LG. My comp ratio is 7.5:1 nowhere near 8.4:1, the gentelmen from LG also knew that. I also confimed it with another mechanic I know in NY state.
