HELP!!! Need Merc 525SC Intake
Does anybody have a Merc 525SC intake???
I don't want to get a regular Weiand one due to plumbing issues with the stock T-Stat housing.
Mine is pretty much trashed around the front water jackets.

Griff we may have one. Call my cell tomorrow 913 449-2426. A friend of mine and I bought to sets of 525 blowers and he may have sold his top half of his set to a board member.

It was in salt for a while before I bought it. Maybe 100 or so hours and was flushed after every use. The salt probably got under/into the gasket a little bit and then flushing wouldn't be enough to get it all out.
The only place it is corroded badly is at the mating surface of the water jacket.
It is aluminum which is definately not good in salt water.
The heads and block have little if anything more than normal scaling.

Thanks for all the quick responses.
I took it to a welder today and he said no problem fixing it. Said it'll take a few hours to get it done perfect, but it should be fine when completed.
I'll keep all the #'s, just in case the weld job doesn't live up to my standards.
