Ever thought about one of these? Same ball park price wise, but they blend in more than a Topkick. That is, if you want to blend.

Now explain to me even if WT wants to blend how he's going to do that pulling an Outerlimit Stiletto?

I have a close friend who has one. In my opinion they ride TERRIBLE even with the air-ride seats in front. Riding in the back is not an option for a long ride (more than 20 minutes). The interior leaves a little to be desired in my opinion as well as they still have that "commercial truck" feel. We used the truck to tow a 2 car enclosed trailer and it doesn't even hiccup with that kind of weight. It's an overall nice truck that definitely gets your attention. My buddy just got a recall on his as it needed additional structural support in the frame (not sure of exact reason but that's what he told me). If you are getting the truck for long hauls, the air-ride front seats are a MUST HAVE. If you are looking for a people hauler, I would not recommend this truck as it rides extremely rough.

Oh yeah....they don't fit in "normal" sized car washes either if that matters to you. Parking ramps are the same way too. Just thought I would mention those as well. It is a great truck for towing though so you have to weigh that as a factor also.
