Re: Ronald Reagan Die`s
I think he was the best President this country ever had. God Bless you Gipper you will be truly missed. Thank You for setting this country straight when it needed you most. Thank you for your inspiration, your reassurance, your comforting optimism, and for motivating us to youngsters to believe in ourselves when things looked bleak

"Mr. Gorbachev...
TEAR DOWN THIS WALL!"
Reagan was one of the greatest men in modern history. That's why it hurt when Clinton detroyed the image and credibility of the office... Because Reagan had been so presidential. And tough! It was like having a grampa who could still kick your ass.
It's fitting that he died on the anniversary weekend of D-Day. He deserves to be remembered at the same time as our greatest generation.
They saved the world in the 1940's. Reagan saved the world in the 1980's.

He was the best president we've had. The world is a better place because of Ronald Reagan.
So sad that he suffered so in his golden years. He didn't even remember that he had been president.

He served well, long and proudly. One of the few presidents who could hold his head up high after leaving office. I do not believe he ever received the true respect and recognition he deserved.
We can refelct on his accomplishments and dream of others who hopefully will have his character and commitment to continue to lead this nation back to where it should be. Mr. Reagan's reason's for being president was not to be on an ego trip, reap the $$$$ benefits of the position or to be the most powerful man on earth but a commitment from an individual to make this a better country and help the people of this country and around the world. He did just that.
Kerry Haters UNITE! Don't let this hypocrite get into office! How can he know what a common man is? When is the last time he sat down to dinner with One? Went to work like One? Had to eat and live like One?
When is the last time you have been a billionaire through marriage? How can you have respect for a man who has been a woman's Bi*ch for all these years!
If for no other reason than respect for Mr. Reagan, Mr. Bush should be back in office.

Re: Ronald Reagan Die`s
Regan was the embodiment of the American spirit. He made us proud to be Americans again, something that had been lost before he took office.
He took out the USSR threat without dropping a single bomb. He knew even if the USSR could match American might (which it couldn't), the Ruskies could never match the USA economy, which is the war RR led them in to.
A great man who should always be remembered.
