The boat was not damaged fortunately! The Marine Enforcement Officer whose boat that is, was less than amused when I showed him the photographs. There are 40 different 39' Midnight Express in the Homeland Security/Border Patrol/Immigration & Customs Enforcement fleet. Each has quad Mercury power, and the same lamination schedule as our many civilian boats.
