I had to get a new gps speedo as the one in the boat decided to not work..
emailed trick marine (too old) fred,
great guy next day its on my porch,, good price good service and a pleasure to deal with..
i would highly recomend as thats nice..

Fred has raised the bar in "customer service" as far as I'm concerned. There are a lot of great great people, especially here on OSO to deal with, it's just that with me, I think Fred went beyond the norm.
Besides, his tee shirts are "too cool".....

I think it's awsome that fred get's rave reviews from his customers again and again... and i'm sure fred will admit that allthough it takes time , good costomer service really isn't that hard to mantain, you just have to care enough!!!! TOO Bad more business aren't like That!!!!!!!!! i will definately be calling in the future too!
