That belt is a hot set up......yes...2 middle pullies....and the tensioner...keeps the belt on the top for the mother load....very nice.....

Dual aluminum rotor max speed 18,000rpm
Mag/aluminum rotor max speed 22,000rpm.

Rotors are flipped from prior designs, so it's being driven off the smaller gear, which is 33% smaller.

Faster than Rodger, not sure, never called the guy. Talked to Norm a couple of times, but he no longer owns PSI.

For me to post discharge vs. power consumption vs. boost, vs rpm would be quite a long message. Give me an example and I'll give you some numbers.

Did you have a PSI on that dyno that you backed to back to yours?

More blower porn...here's the new design twin blower system. It has a 100 HP advantage over the PSI at the same boost level. Easily adapted to different HP ranges by using different Vortech blowers on our gearcase. 12 week delivery if you get into the next production run.

Here's where we install the bypass valve for the radial entry compressor. This equalizes the pressure above and below the SC, which lowers the parasitic losses during vacuum operation, as well lower discharge temps when going from vacuum to boost, or decel to accel, etc.

Well....obviously i wish we had met earlier in the game....I have to dig up my garbage from a year ago...and call you...you sound like zul....he needs to look at this thing...your dyno...I will have to look at the dyno sheets....and ask more questions....on the next pull.....your stuff is totally hot and from my issues i can see you have made some good corrections that I had to overcome...nobody listens to me about the belt issues...I demanded the dual pullies but was told to stick it..I think I will yell again now...but I see you have it....your ahead of the game....good for you!

Also, not sure if you guys know this, made to fit 671-1471 pattern, discharge plates vary depending on manifold and IC type. But also, standard roots drives bolt right on.

Also a sight glass for oil level

No, only tested on engines, not the blower dyno, yet. THe electricity bill is out of control with this thing, but we've been doing a lot of test on coatings, etc. on the smaller sc's, and the rotor profile, port timing, etc. is all the same, just somewhat super-sized. PSI was tested on the engine. Still more to be done, but we got everything going in the right direction.

The axial entry compressor is higher flowing than the radial no matter what though, the radial entry has lower VE because the rotors leak more air when there not sealed 360 degrees. Roots do this as well, but there VE is way, way down from a screw compressor.

Thanks,
Dustin

look now everybody is in front of psi.....they are not that dumb.... and when you do a psi motor....you have to make boost to get the effects of the blower discharge temps....motors do not like boost....hmmmm...
