Biggus........
Did your friend buy the SBC 383's from GM?
I know you said he was ordering them. Just wondering if he got them yet.

Re: Biggus........
Yes, he bought a pair of ZZ383's from Pace (the link you posted) They are in the boat dressed with CMI headers, Air Gap intakes, 750 Holleys, Stainless Marine crossovers and should be ready for the weekend. Should be interesting, the new power will be adding 330 hp to the boat (26 Sutphen)
Thanks for the link IGGY!
Kurt.

Re: Biggus........
This weekend was the shake down run for the new power.
They run incredibly well, and so far it has been a 10 mph increase in top end. 75.7 gps. We have not even pulled the props. Just spinning them higher. (5400 rpm)
Good call Iggy!

Re: Biggus........
Vey good!
Will your friend be reproping to lower WOT rpm and pick up speed?
What prop and drive is he running now?
This is a conversion I really want to do to my F-206 Formula and I'm paying close attention to what it takes to make it work. Now I wish I had the bucks to make it happen.
I figure swapping a 270 horse 350 for a 425 383 will be a real kick in the azz. Of course I'd have to get rid of the Alpha and bolt on a Bravo too.
