Thanks Kim for sending the samples of your Frenzy and shark tower.
We polished a trailer using these products and the results were outstanding!!!!!
THe initial cut of the bare mill finish aluminum required a Bar of compound on end wheel polishers to remove scratches etc.
We then polished with SHARK TOWER to remove swirl marks followed by FRENZY for a mirror shine and protection from the salt.
The trailer components took 80 Man Hours athough with modifying the process and the frenzy products we should be able to reduce that time.
The photo's were taken with it overcast (Rained 20 minutes later) .
Will take some in the sun. The pictures dont do it justice.
Again, Thanks Kim and your logo is on the trailer.

Huge job .... But we are getting the process down to a point we can offer it as an option for a fair price. The great thing is it is so easy to keep clean.

I agree Kim, I will get with you about the details and ordreing more wax.
<laughing here> I friend of mine commented "Polishing bare aluminum is like polishing a turd". I believe he summed it pretty good and laugh about that comment every time I think about it. Its a tough job ,,, everything turns black until the final polish/Wash.
The guys in the shop did a great job

You did a great job!!!!!... I like the red fenders. The next project is very similar for a Formula 312 using polished frame and red powder coat on fenders, step pads, tongue post & Stand, etc.
Thanks for posting the photo's.

The trailer under my Concept is Alum. Loadrite, dual axle w/13"galv. Rims. I would like to dress up the trailer with Alum. wheels. Do you have any suggestion? If I go up in size my options are better, but I also would have to buy new tires.
