Good luck with the houses. I can't believe what the property value has done there in just the last two years. They are more than Lake Norman. Before I moved to Charlotte 5 years ago I could have bought a brand new 2200SF house on SML for $150k. I bet that same house is worth $300+ now.

Shhhhh... I'm hoping to get in now and ride it up. They say there are 18000 at SML today and projections show 100000 in 10 years. We hope to be part of it.

Is the Worx back in town that weekend? Someone mentioned a year end Oct. party at Lake Anna I think. Do you rember hearing something about that?
If we end up closing on a house at the lake, we'll probably spend the majority of the year right there. So the 25th might be doable.

I don't know man...I remember none of that and you're trimmed out pretty good playing catchup! I had a pretty good shot of it from in front of you both!! 
I'd love to get back and see the gang & the Worx. Might have t o make it a solo trip or with a bud and camp out on the boat. I'll float the idea out there and let you know how the better half responds.
The bridge is only 83 miles from my front door so it's doable!
