Towing with a Hummer H=2

I am thinking of buying an H-2 Hummer and will be towing a 33' Eliminator Daytona with trim engine. I know it is not rated for this kind of weight, how ever, I have been told by other people that it would handle the weight.Please help with any comments please ASAP. I am ready to decide now.
