I friend of mine has them on a 2004 42' Fountain w/ 575sci's. He said the mid=range has a huge improvement over the 4 blades. As for top speed, not much difference. I would sure like to try a pair!

Doc.. What pitches are you going to be ordering.. ?? I would be very interested if you end up having what I need.. Thanks Chris
P.S. What got me thinking about this prop is the write up in P.B. They said this prop was designed with stepped boats that have high X's and slip numbers in mind, and may reduce it by as much as 14 %.. My 288 will run a stock 26 at approx 14 % slip as it is,, 10 would be better while increasing midrange and hope for some on top..

Chris,
You should try a p5x Hydromotive prop on your 288. I have one on my 290 Velocity.83 at 5300 and 53 at 3500,and the acceleration and handling is much better than a Bravo 1.Slip is at around 8 %.....
Call Julie at Throttle up..

Thanks Doc,, If I can spin a labbed 28 B1, shouldn't I be able to spin a labbed 26 Maximus ??
