Cigarette Vintage Aronow Patch's
1970 Don Aronow Cigarette Racing Team Vintage Patch's . Visited 188th St. in 1974 my father bought a 20' that he raced. Started working for Cigarette in 1985, worked out of Don's original office w/ Scott Layman and Brownie. Found these decals in a secret wall closet. See classifieds $$$
Manufactured alot better back then.

Re: Cigarette Vintage Aronow Patch's
I was there protecting the factory for some 1980's Hurricane board out of my mind searching everywhere. Found all kinds of Vintage items. Ruth Trybus the purchasing agent also collected items. I even gave George Bush Sr. my 1972 20' Cigarette steering wheel hub, it was ceramic with "The Cigarette". It is on his original 28' open split console 28', on display at The George Bush library at Texas A&M Library. All my brochures went to "thunderboatalley.com" he was going to post them all for everyone to enjoy. When the pricks fired me in 1999 after 14+ years saying Cigarette no longer needed Customer Service; Service and Warranty and Quality control, that as far as i can tell they have never have had it since. I was told I did not know when to keep my mouth shut, basically I refused to be a ass kisser, I told customers the truth, no BS no lies, I guess that type of business is not acceptable? BS. It is who I am and how I work, that is why the Dragon is Customer Service based.
Look under Classified; other parts and Accessories page 10- I grabbed 7 total, Craig just stole one so I am down to 6. Also have a med. white decal and piles of the small gray decals. I must have given away 500 of them.

Thanks Scott for giving the Literature to Sean to post at http://www.thunderboatalley.com/
A lot of people now get to enjoy the information instead of sitting in a drawer or box.

Re: Cigarette Vintage Aronow Patch's
Thanks for the link to the "Fidelity" I spoke to "Wazzo", President Bush's captain in Maine in the 80's. He said President Bush wanted to buy ONE bolster, I said just one, what about if his wife wanted a ride? His return comment cannot be printed, he said @#$!@#$!#@the old bag, she never goes out? Look at the picture of the boat ONE red bolster, how Funny.
P.S. Found a "Huntress" hand towel, now that's a classic, probably the only one left in the World? There were only 3 43' Huntress's ever built, what top heavey sleds. Saun should have the Huntres brochure.
As far as 80's pics, That was 30 lbs. ago. LOL
Look at Don's Original Building and Office. Sad very Sad
Before Don the Original painter George Piparo- still paints- used to go wild boar hunting on that land, Now Aventura- crap
