I like the side by side bolsters with the side entrance to the cabin as well as my boat is set up the same way as yours. It makes for a better layout of the dash with gauge arrangement, etc. I believe the side entrance cabin gives a bit more privacy, makes the cabin a little larger, and has a better arrangement. If I own another A/T it must have the side by side bolsters with the side entrance cabin as well.
That 32' A/T you have is a gorgeous boat my friend.

I think it would be easier to add a second steering helm to the center of the boat, and drive from the center when you want too. Less fabrication; and this seems to be a big trend now anyhow.
