It is true we purchased a complete set of fiberglass parts of Dan's 38 to use as the foundation to build our upcoming F4 (43'4") model. Aside from all the issues being stated here, we found Dan to be standup and sincere in working with us. He went beyond what we expected in working with him and delivered on everything.

I bet the Nations Loan guy would not agree with that. If you carefully read the Court information above for September of 04 you will see that the Nations Loan guy had to actually take him to court several times to force his collateral to be surrendered. This is not the first time Weinstein has pulled that crap. Some thanks for lending a guy money.
