Re: Going to St. Martin in the AM... Places to eat?
I remember seeing a big fat white naked german couple walking down the beach in front of us while we were trying to eat!!!
How do I know they were germans..........I could hear them talking that trash!

I'm here, now. I am on the Dutch side, but I cannot complain. I'll post pics of the view when I get back. Sweet place.
Sorry Open72 -- Got the baby with us and my sister is arriving tomorrow, so no uncensored pics. (DON'T say a F###in' word about the sister, Troutman... )
Being from Louisiana, I am good for French Cuisine, but how is the beef (Boeuf if you must). I have to believe it is like buying seafood in Kansas City, but I will try it if y'all recommend it.
For those that haven't been here, drinks seem to be cheap, and everything is plenty laid back. Possibly too much, as the service hasn't shown itself to be anything to brag about, yet.
Can't wait to explore a little, and I am thinking about renting a boat for Saturday, but the biggest they have is a 22' Glastron. Might as well drive a rag flagger. Yes, I too could be a Wind Assisted F***ing Idiot.

Go over to Oreint Bch Resort, it is owned by friends of mine. Ask for Tracy and Art Brink. They are into boating, good friends of Team Virgin. They will know where all the hot spots are and know all the perfomance boat people on the island. If you get a boat, you must go to Pinells. It is an Island with great food and drinks. They pull lobsters right out of the trap fresh for you. Watch out for the bananna flavored rum.
