Arlington, TX (outside of Dallas) was on the news this week. They just came up with a new way to get people who refuse to take a breath test by getting a search warrant for a blood sample so in reality you have no choice anymore. Has stired up a lot of anger.

Where exactly on blind pass was it? I checked out the pics on the dozi sit and it sorta looks where the ICW meets that little cut that runs east/west for a bit. Is it right by Mulligans?
