Decided on a new boat...
After several discussions and lots of homework, I have decided to go with Sunsation...now I just need to find one
32 Dominator or Innovator (closed bow)
496 HO's or 500 HP's
Lightly used - 2001+ model
$125k budget
Somewhere on the East Coast would be nice.
I am experiencing this to be a rather difficult find - must be because I have selected the right boat as most Sunsation owners do not want to part with them.
Keep me posted...thanks!

A friend of mine has an 03 with about 40 hrs. Freshwaterboat and never in the water overnite. I think he wants to sell. It does have the non HO 496's though. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm expecting Reckless may chime in. I know he was drooling all over the 32 SS at the show. His 32 has HO's in it and a beautiful MitcherT paint job. Not sure if his would be in that price range though.

Re: Decided on a new boat...
Sunsation was advertising the 32 with small blocks for $99,000. With the upgrade to 496HO's I'm guessing 14,000 total. Throw in a trailer and your already set. I don't know how well equipped the $99,000 boat is but you should talk with them about new! Chances are you might be able to build what you want for that price range.
