Same here as well. It shows up as a contact with the original charge and is always handled in Family Court.

The disposition and all relative paperwork is sealed.

Kids acting like this is all related to the parents who think their little Johnny can do no wrong. Kids mouth off in class and the parents claim the teacher doesn't "like" my child. One girl is buised after being separated from beating the hell out of another girl and the mother sues the school for touching her daughter (the daughter was a 200+lb 13 year old)...what are parents teaching their kids these days!
I have 3 young boys and any adult tells me they were out of hand it's gonna be ugly for them.
I love this saying....."What's the definition of a brat........A kid that acts just like yours, but belongs to someone else!"

The court could sentence them to do a show for Trading Spaces He gets to fix up the kids houses however he wants
