I used Sno-bowl toilet cleaner with great results, but it is an acid and will strip all the wax so be sure to wax afterward and remember to wear gloves.

Lime-a-way works great for the tips. Use a tooth brush to apply it and rinse off. They look like new.
I use Simple green for the transom. Cut it 50% and put in a spray bottle that will give a really fine mist. Then soak the transom. It has to be applied evenly or you'll have white spots. Let it soak for 10min and wipe off. Works like a charm.

"on off" By marykate is made to clean boat hulls it does great ,it should take the stain right out. You can find it at boat supply stores.
