Exhaust stains
Does anyone have a solution for removing a dingy stain from from the hull? I have a 25 SST outlaw I bought last year and I have really kept the boat spotless and worked at trying to remove the stain caused by the exhaust. I went from just flappers (originals) to 7 inch tips to try to get it away from the hull, seems to be working pretty well. However I removed the swim platform for powder coating and the outline of the swim platform is clear. The guy that owned it before me didnt keep the outside that clean and now I am stuck with a stain I cant get off the hull.
I tried rubbing compound with no luck and I am afraid to try anything stronger. Any suggestions/tips???

I used it on my hull, took stains right off!
I didn't use gloves either... didn't harm a thing.

I use Wesley's Bleachwhite Tire cleaner--the works miracles on almost everything and every kind of stain on any material. You might also try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser's--I just tried them on white upholstery--the stuff is FM !!

You can try wet sanding with some 1500 then hitting it up with a buffer and some 3m Finessit compound would turnout like new
