paging houston prop
my 32 active thunder w/ 500s spins my bravo 1 30 pitch props
5500 /5600 rpm at 85/86mph on gps. today i put on my 32 b1s and can only spin them 5000 rpms and 83 mph on gps.
can my 32s be worked to pick up 300/400 rpms and would i gain speed over my 30s.

If your still looking for information on your set up, we can help. I must apologize for not paying as much attention to this forum as the prop forum.
Typically the decreas in rpm from the 30 B1's to the 32 is 400rpm. You lost a little more which isn't completely unheard of. I'm not sure about your rpm with the 30's since the rev limiter on HP 500's is 5400. Do you have a different program in your ecu?
Our Labbing thickness curve will deliver an additional 300 rpm in its standard version. We offer additinal curves that will give even more rpm. We would want to discuss your ultimate desires before suggesting that option. Even at 5300, with your currrent slip%, you should see a speed increase.
