Test the interrupt switch with a multimeter. Find out if it's normally open or closed. If it's the correct normally closed switch, I would install it and retest. It would really be helpful if you had a code tool, since open IC line will set a trouble code 42. I will post how to make a code tool in a new thread.

I just checked the new switch with a muti meter and it is normaly open like you suspected. When I disconnected the wire when running this time it did kill the motor. I will pick up another switch tomorrow (normaly Closed) and try it again.

Hooked up the new switch and it works fine. Just wanted to thank you for taking the time to explain the process and variables in detailed yet understandable terms.
