OK, the intake to cylinder head bolts are as follows...
the lower intake bolts get torqued to 124 inch lbs....
the the long intake bolts get torqued to 30 ft lbs....
and the plenum bolts get torqued to 159 inch lbs on a 454 MPI and 150 inch lbs on 454/502 MAG MPI's as well as 8.2 MPI's.

I have NON adjustable Hydraulic Roller 502 MPI

Thanks again guys .. Just torqued the last bolt on the plenum...So after work tomorrow me and my trusty fire extinguisher will try to start the 502 up

Well, first off I am sorry to hear that you had a problem. Second I hope you read the reply as it says inch pounds verses foot pounds. Most torque wrenches have a conversion on it for inch to foot pounds. What was stated is from a Mercury manual.
