My 24" 1990 Active Thunder Cat goes too fast for a windshield-less boat. Ever catch a bug in the face at 65? I want to go much faster and the boat can do it. I am looking for a windshield that has no compond curves and that I can easily remove for lower speed operation and good looks. The slope of the front of the windshield would of course have to match the boat. I can supply templates of the mounting area (curvature) and a degree measurement of the angle of the slope. Thanks, TJ

We make custom windshields with our without compound curves - send us the template or rough dimensions and we can quote it. We've done an Active Thunder before but it was three separate wind deflectors in fluorescent yellow
Not that expensive either. If it was it would shortly be all over this board!

On the Top Gun we'd loove to do it - the thing's flat - we've been trying to get our hands on one for some time - won't be long. I can't imagine being over $450.00 for that one but the extrusion may be a problem.
Pics? I don't have the ones for Active Thunder but we did the Nor-Tech 39 in fluorescent blue (pics on the Nor-Tech thread - Miami Boat Show) - we do the Sonic, done some for Velocity and we did the Donzi one that looks like a Scarab 22 except in 3/8" so they quit busting them. Still can't find a Scarab 22 in any condition to tool up.
Only problem is that we don't sell the models we make for the manufacturers so Nor-Tech, Velocity and soon Donzi are going to be OEM only unless they authorize us to sel them and pay a percentage to them.
