Default Header bolts

My CMI bolts need to be ck'd and tightened regularly.

Anyone use header bolts so they stay locked up? My neighbor suggested them but he is not a hi-perf boater, just bass boat dude.

I use the ARP stainless 6 point 3/8 x 1 inch .The reason most of the time for it loosing is the new gasket compressing. I used the Felpros Teflon coated steel shim and have only tightened them once after I ran it and got them hot.11 hours so far

I need some studs for my headers that I can put on the ends of my heads to at least make it a little easier to hang the header, and header gasket on. The rest I just use bolts. Does ARP make such a stud???

I had the same problem with the bolts coming loose. I had to retighten a few every 10 hrs or so. I swithced to the ARP SS studs and have not found a loose one yet in 50 hrs.

They also look very nice
