1. That k&n is costing you power not making it.
2. before we go any turther, do you have the capability to tune the ecm? anything you do that can make a real difference wtll take recalibrating it.
3. Sure, you can stick a procharger on it...hopefully when the crank and rods go thru the pan they dont keep going thru the bottom of the boat.
4. You can build about 400-450 out of that motor, if your smart, but your at the edge of what the cast crank and little rods are happy with. With a 454 mag, at 450 hop your just getting started
5. it IS cheaper to buy power than build power
