I may have overfilled the lube resevoir on the inner transom assembly on my TRS drives. It looks like some fluid "bubbled" out when I used the boat last time.
Is that possble/typical?
Will the TRS cause pressure in drive that will push gear lube back thry the check valve and cause the resevoir to overflow?
Should I get the turkey baster and remove some fo the fuid there?

It will expand and push fluid from the reservoir if overfull. But I would also check the fluid in the drive to see if it may have some water contamination. If water is leaking in it may be causing the fluid level to rise also.

Try removing the upper vent plug with the drive level with the ground. This should do a couple of things for you... if you overfilled the reservior, it will drain back to the proper level. If you see milky fluid coming out, it would indicate water in the drive, pushing up the level, as insptech suggests.
Good luck,
