These are BRAND NEW rectangular port Chevy heads. Casting number 14097088. Complete new heads with factory valves, springs, seals and retainers. Should I change anything on them before I bolt them on to a stock 1992 502. I do not plan on doing any other mods to this motor.

Heads sound like automotive parts.
Marine heads should have Stainless Intake, Inconel exhaust.
Cars don't run WFO like boats do.
If Merc take-offs or Merc Serpice Parts Operation heads, you're good.
You should verify what spring rates you have, though.
