Default clunk when shifting in reverse

Is this normal? Both of my drives clunk when shifting into reverse. Shifting to forward seems Ok. Could my shift cables need adjusting? They are 02 Bravo 1s.

Bravos Use A Cone Cluth And Are Fairly Smooth Shifting Clunks Are Not Good When Talking Bravo In General Get Someone That Knows The Drives To Hear It To Be On The Safe Side
