So what are the temps? If you have good flow from the exhaust I don't see how you could have a big problem unless you're really lean or way too much timing or something. Pressure means you pump is supplying but means nothing to flow,,but the exhaust flow tells you it's getting thru. I know from your nice hardware you probably know more than me , just trying to think this over with ya.

Do you run tstats and circulating pumps? If so, either of those could be suspect.

If the timing has moved, IE dist issues or slipped, it will cause the temo to run up like you are talking about. It will also melt the engine quick. Get a timing light with an advance dial and check your total advance.

Ratman,
These are the engines that the guy did the not so great dyno job on?
You said the guy didn't really do any tuning on the dyno. I'm thinking along the lines of thunderusone. Timing? Carb Jetting? Are they set up like the other engine that's not getting hot? Lean carb/too much timing can make it get hot when you lean on it. Check the ps cooler, but check your plugs too.
See how they look, and compare them to the other engine.

heres a pic of the dyno numbers bsfc #'s were .52 which should be enough fuel. i have 7 lbs on one motor and 5.5 to 6 lbs on the other at wfo throttle.
