Who says Prochargers can't be impressive?
This is just a prototype Intercooler built by me with Steve Morris Racing.....Nothing fancy Dart 572, Dart cast heads (no porting) mild hyd roller cam, 850 Holley M-4 Procharger...on pump gas (92)
I hope the dyno sheet comes thru....I had trouble getting it to size

Nice to see others joining the ranks of the enlightened...
Seriously though, it is difficult to get enough intercooler core in the right place when blowing through a carb. We fit a 468 in3 core in our carb box, but after that you have to go up. Looks like you were able to get a big core in there.
The other way is to switch to EFI which gets the carb out of the way and allows a really big core on top of a modified tunnel ram.
Say Hi to Steve and keep up the good work over there. How far are you guys from Sterling Performance in Milford, MI? I will be over there later this month and would like to hook up if feasible.

Ludington??!! I thought there were only fishing boats and cruisers in Ludington.
Welcome to OSO. We've been going to Pentwater, off and on, for 30 years. I love it up there.
Very cool looking setup. good luck on the dyno.

Very nice if you have the hatch clearance for it. I wish I had known about the R-tech cooler when I did my last procharger install. I would not have been able to use your prototype because of the height, but it certainly is impressive. The procharger sure woke-up the 28 Warlock SXT.(GPS-103 MPH with a stock 500 HP.

Tomcat....Steve is 2.5 to 3 hours from Sterling,. Steve Morris is
east of Muskegon.
I have included more dyno numbers .
Wrenchman....The height is only 1" higher than my 454 w/B&M
Blower and suppressor....part of this from tall deck 572, Some height could be reduced by lower intake manifold
