Default Hydraulic Steering: IMCO or WPM ?

Thinking about an add-on system (budget will not allow for a full system yet). IMCO and WPM are priced about the same. Which would you choose and why?

They are both very high quality. I have WPM, I know tons of people with the Imco, never heard of any problems. Some people like the wing plate that Imco makes where it just becomes the front cover of the drive, I like the chrome wing plate you add to the drive that WPM has better IMOP. I'm sure they are both strong enough to handle what ever you can throw at them, I just like the look of chrome better than black.

XS Marine...unbeatable price. Excellent Quality. Be forewarned , a little slow on delivery but worth the wait. This would be a good time of year to start your project.

I had a WPM system and did not like the wing plate simply because it was next to impossible to remove the top plug on a bravo without taking off the plate. Other than that, good system. I have no complaints on my imco system now.

Donnie, before you purchase a steering system, call us. We handle all of the systems, Mayfair, Imco, Zieger, WPM, and Marine Machine. Not all steering systems are the same. We have very competitive pricing on these kits. 386-446-0660.
Thanks
Steve
