Default 502 Rebuild

Ok, my question is simple:
I have to rebuild my engines this winter. I have 1998 502 Mag EFI. I want to rebuild them to HP500 specs or similar.

Who has done it and please list all of the specs for the parts etc. I don't want more than 500hp...I want these engines to be as turn key as possible. I like the fact that I have almost 600 hours on them now and would like to get as many hours on this rebuild as possible.

I'm asking for a listing of parts/specs so that I can go to my engine builder and at least make sure they aren't doing something stupid or wrong.

I know that I could search this forum...but I'm looking for someone who has the "list of parts" complete so that I don't have to mix and match previous answers.

Hey, just call me lazy! But as has been stated before, there is a wealth of knowledge here and I'm picking your brains. Thanks for the help.

or

the 500EFI as in the fuel injected 500hp 502 ?

Is this a N/A motor or forced induction? You have supporting documents on the 647HP number?

Merc 500HP Flame Arrestor
Holley 800cfm carb
Dart Single Plane Rect Port (for GM heads) Intake
Crane Cam Grind # HR-284-2S-10IG . You have a Gen IV block so you'll need the retrofit kit - ie: retrofit hyd roller lifters, cam button and etc

Your heads but with 2.25" severe duty intake valves / 1.88 Iconel exhaust valves. Slight bowl work - rumour slight short turn work

I'd bet Crane valvesprings (150 seat / 380 or so open)
crane retainers, locks, pushrods
Crane Gold Roller Rockers

Gill Exhaust - later one's had the taller tisers. Earlier shorter riser one's reverted water.

Hp500 oil cooler/lines set up from Merc

How's that ? Asking me for part #'s would be pushing it. LOL.
A call to Crane will get you all the valvetrain part #'s.
