Progress continues in the bilge compartment today. As you can see I installed new Lovett bilge pumps and hoses, new bilge blower motors and hoses also redid all wire harnesses and anodized battery trays.I should have my HP transoms next week and the motors are ready to drop in.I hope to see water in a week or two.The pressure is on so I can make the Lake George spring poker run.

Before I drop the motors in I need to make a decision whether to install my silent choice again or mufflers. What are the majority of you guys out there doing?I like the silent choice but I know it is illegal on some of the lakes I boat on.Please give me some input and advice so I can make up my mind.

Thanks Nordic95

I wouldn't have one w/o silent choice myself. I use mine all the time as soon as I come off plain. It is illegal here too, but never an issue. If I get questioned about it, I'll just leave it open and disable the switch, or have a hidden switch. It is my understanding, but don't know for sure, that it can't be switchable from the helm. We have no db limit, just no silent choice. Course mufflers would clean up the bilge.

Looking good.

HOLY EMPTY BANK ACCOUNT BAT MAN !!!!!

Look at what the easter bunny finally dropped off at my shop today after a three month wait. I think I might actually have the parts now to put my engines in this week.I had Billet Marine install their top cap with the built in water shower and the Imco prop shaft with the anodized bearing carrier. Also HP transoms to attach the drives to the resin bucket. With the three day weekend coming up I might have a chance at finally hearing this thing run,man I can't wait.More pics to follow this weekend.
