Dart pro 1 on HP500EFI, 310cc or 325cc
Any one with first hand experience. I am leaning toward 310cc runner for staying within the range of the limits of an ecu remap and my rpm limits. Also, any comments on valve sizes. My idea is a crane 741, cometic gaskets and the Darts. Is it worth it.

Looking at the stan weiss head data website the dart pro 1 310/325's must have identical exhaust ports because they both flow the same numbers on the exhaust side. I'd stick with the 310's unless your motor is fairly large. If you don't have your heart set on dart pro-1's I can tell you the afr cnc315's outflow them by almost 15 % at .600 lift. I went a very similar route with my 509 MPI. I used the 310 Dart Iron Eagles with some bowl work. I would stick with the 310's with 502/509 with max 5500 rpm's. Your computer will also be happier. The exhaust ports on these newer heads flow much better than the older chevy heads. I think a cam with a little less I/O split than the 741 may work better. 4* to 6* split seems to work well. You should use your actual flow #'s to determine the best grind. Cam motion was very helpful with mine.
