I am doing the same thing I have a 90 Venture that came with a GenV 502 415hp.
ALmost done with a 509 roller build. For intake and carb I recommend A PP hurricane and A quikfuel 850 4 circuit. those 2 items if you port the intake should tach on 50-60 hp. And I know alot of people dont like N20 but its a good way to add HP. Give me a call and I would be happy to tell you about mine.
