Default Bravo One Drives Stuck

Just bought a used Fountain. Was testing drives and they went up and down from throttle switch Ok, then tried port, OK, then star, OK, then both switch and they stopped, and now they are stuck up..clicking sound when I use any switch but drives don't move. I'm new to powerboats as you can tell..been driving that twin screw Sea Ray to long!

May have popped the fuse to the trim motor or you have a bad ground. The clicking you here is the relays closing.

If it's an older boat if I remember correctly there is a breaker on the bulkhead in the back. It's not big enough to run both pumps at once. I think it's under/behind the seat, or maybe in the engine compartment. It's been a while
