my 79 cig has 4 of these and one of the drives and tabs pumps runs faster than the other which is a pita when trying to trim the boat in big water, wondering if someone specializes in repairing these older uints and might offer some parts and sevice on them or even have used ones avail. thx, rm

I had a problem with one of mine last year. It turned out all I needed to do was take out the pump and clean all the electrical connections. Put it back, making sure I had a good ground, and it worked good as new

Pull them apart and clean them...Any good Hydraulic shop should have any
O-rings you might need. Or, They can do it for you.

rat, i'd taken these units apart on some of my 70's vintage boats. they used to have a repair kit that contained the o-rings, check ball and springs. i remember just cleaning the heck out of everything and solenoid contacts as well. when everything was back together i'd put the same viscosity fluid in all pumps- seems that over time that i'd have put various oils in the pump reservoirs and they would operate at different rates. good luck - jeff
