Default Vesuvio Marine Engines

Anybody had any experience with these engines. They are sold by 1-800-runs-new and rebuiltmarineengines.com. They seem very cost effective for what you get -

468 w/ 450 hp 500 ft/lb
long block $4395
drop in $5995

496 w/535 hp and 600 ft/lb
long block $5995
drop in $7595

They also have 540" and 632" drive shredding beasts for those who care.

Any info would be appreciated.

as far as recon engines go I grew up with one of the owners and have used there products in the past with out and issues, I have also walked through there facility many times ( this is a long time ago 15 yrs at least) and alway a top notch operation the owners name is A.J. Mancini

unless they have gone down hill sense then then I would recomend them you may beableto get a better price by calling a.j. s retail operation Which is Mancini auto parts on Pasiunk ave in Philly
