Default What is the correct water pressure

I have the water crossover set up. What is the correct (safe) water pressure at WOT. And what about idling pressure. I have the adjustable water relief valve. Right now at idle it is at about 7 psi. When the thermostat opens it drops to about 4 lbs. At WOT it is about 20 psi. Is this OK or should I adjust for more or less psi at WOT
