luckily it snot my boat. A friend has a cruiser with volvo drives and th 5L ford (volvo) engines. He puked his engine and pulle dit lieka year ago and swapped a new engine in and is just gettign around to pulling apart the puked engine.
Any ideas what coudl have caused this? I saw his manifolds and they looked pretty leakey to me. I'm thinking reversion played some part in it.
it was the #8 piston
