Ok I pressured up the manifolds, one held constant the other however did not even hold any. I will pull it to inspect tommorrow. Do you think that I should replace both manifolds or all four And if so what would you recomend?

Most recomend replacment. If you run in Salt it is only a matter of time.
I had a leak right at the top of the devider between runners. I had mine TIG welded 2 years ago. and it is fine. My manifolds had run in salt, I run in fresh.

I'm not sure on the age. They were used when I bought them. At 10 years old I would think they need checked very carefully or replaced.
