HELP. New RPM AIR-GAP and hoses do not fit
Ok guys what is the trick? Replaced PERFORMER RPM with an RPM AIR-GAP and the hose from the circulating pump is about 1 inch short
Help or I am putting the old manifold back on so I can get back in the water.

Yup, normal problem. Either have the bottom of the t-stat housing milled down or use a stainless union in the circ pump hose. Or like you said, put the old back on. If you look, the Air Gap is higher.

No time to mill it down
use a stainless union? Guess I am not following you. Where can it be purchased?

Cut the hose and put a piece of pipe in between to extend it...
A piece of pipe and two hose clamps, $20 at your local hardware store...

I put a piece of pipe in the middle of the two hose ends and did not like the way it looked so tiged some pipe together.

Wow my engine looks similar to that. Demon carb, braided line. Only thing missing is the fuel seperater.
Looks great.
I was going to ask where you purchased the pipe in that angle and I reread 'I tiged some pipe'
Very nice job, think I will cut the hose and see if PVC pipe will work. Otherwise I will expand some metal exhaust pipe.

Task completed. Bypass hose was simple. Went to Home Depot and put a section of black iron pipe to make the circulating pump hose fit.
Noticed no gain over the performer RPM.
Used $300 of beer money
