Poor Water Flow At Start Up
When I launch my boat off the trailer and start the engine it takes an unusually long time to get water out the exhaust. Once it does it will be fine for the whole weekend, meaning immediate water from the exhaust on start up. Engine temp never gets above 150. I didn't have this problem before I R&R'ed the motor to paint the engine compartment. Any ideas?

Re: Poor Water Flow At Start Up
Have no fear it is the time it takes to fill the headers, when I had stock iron the water would shoot out in 20-30 seconds. I put Gil headers on and the time tripled, when the boat is not running the risers drain out. With the stock iron the is very little water in them, the long header tubes hold a lot more.
