plug gap procharged 7.4mpi
I have a 7.4mpi 310 hp just installed a procharger whats the correct gap? .045 is stock anyone know whats the best setting thanks i also bought ngk iridium ngk plugs heard they work great

Stock ignition system?
What kind of pressure are you going to run?
I'd start at .030 and see how it looks after everything is up to temp etc.

assuming you are running stock thunderbolt the gap should be .040 for the 7.4 mpi below is an excert from the manual,thought 45 was alittle big so double checked,you didnt note the yr so Im assumming its around a 97
even though they give you a champion plug # stay away from them as they are junk and have seen nothing but trouble from them over the years stay with the ac MR series or the NGK
