Yes, it is around 30-32psi.

Scooby94, you need to check it in the fault situation, ie when it breaks up. With the vacuum hose disconnected to make sure you detect fluctuations.

You mean disconnect the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator and then test.

Correct. You have a static pressure of 36 psi and that should be maintained all the way up to WOT under load. If it is not you have a problem somewhere in the fuel delivey system.

Test run it yesterday. I had pulled the vacuum off of the fuel pressure regulator and had 36psi up to about 3200rpm. The boat seem to go on plane alot easier, but after it got up on plane the fuel pressure dropped down to 32psi. I had the vacuum hose disconnected and plugged off. I would think that the psi should of stayed up to 36psi no matter what. I am at a loss, I not sure what to do. # 7 plug still seems to be running alittle rich, all the others are OK. I ran some sea foam through the injection system, it didn't seem to affect it at all.

The pressure should stay at 36 psi all the way. Were you able to observe it when the engine breaks up?

The engine didn't really seem to break up with the fuel pressure at 36psi. It did sightly but not like it does with the regulator connected. I did glance at it, and it looked like was fairly steady, yet it bounced a little like 1 or 2 psi. But that could of been do to being laying on the rear seat. After it was up on plane it dropped down to 32psi. The same psi as if it was hooked up.

The fact that the pressure goes down to 32 psi indicates that you have some kind of problem in the fuel delivery system. I would check the filter in the VST tank and the anti siphone valve in the gas tank.

It is still a mystery why you get code 33.......have you checked that the throttleplates close completely at idle?
