Re: uneven boat
Sudden wind gust can do that with the 7' beam boats but it corrects easily and I don't think this is a narrow beam hull so I would suspect a soft spot in the last 4' of the port side planing surface. And you will probably not see any evidence by looking under at the hull surface. You need a marine surveyor with the proper tools and knowledge to check the hull and stringers in that area. --- Jer

With the winds we get up here in Lake Michigan my 38foot Cig will lean alot with a heavy wind. I need to drop a tab 2 or 3 notches sometimes to straighten it out.
Have you had the boat out again with the different weather?

Re: uneven boat
Is that a single engine boat?
If it is you may want to check the little fin behind the prop if that got turned or is missing that may cause your propblem also.
Good luck,
Mark

Re: uneven boat
i think everyone is mis-understanding the actual issue.
these boats are just leaning while sitting in place anchored, floating or at idle. so wind could be an issue but i have it completely ruled out. its definately not wind. wieght distribution of some kind is most likely the issue but where and why?
tabs and outdrive shouldnt be the issue because it is that way while not in gear or in any sort of current such as a river etc.
hope this is clear, just want to go inthe right direction.
thanks
kevin
