will they fit a 454 magnum mpi or 502 mpi?

No, the 525's cylinder heads use a different exhaust bolt pattern.

Yup, there was a thread on it a while ago. I thought Fred (Trick) said there might be an adapter plate soon.

The 525 uses a differnt head than the other Merc Products. Currently you can't even buy replacement headers from CMI or a CMI Distributor. They are a Merc Part only.
