Default cool fuel drain plug

Winterized my 502 mags in my 1997 380 powerquest avenger today. This boat is new to me this season. I drained the 2 exhaust wing nuts and the 2 block wing nuts and the cool fuel wing nuts.Problem is i cant get the drain plug wing nut back on the starboard engine, because to start it in the hole square there is some wire by the hole interfering that i cant move. bear in mind i am laying on the starboard engine with my arm rammed down between both engines using the tips of my right hand fingers. Is their something with a threaded end like the blue wing nuts on a piece of hose with the other end having a valve so i could drain it more accessibly? Otherwise short of my arms growing longer, pulling exhaust i don't know how to get the plug back in the starboard cool fuel unit.
